Order Processing and Handling
Handling Time: 1–5 business days.
Order Fulfillment Days: Monday through Saturday. Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays.
Order Cut-off Time: Orders placed before 10:00 PM (GMT-05:00) Eastern Standard Time, New York are processed the same day. Orders placed after this time will be processed the following business day.
Shipping Country
We currently ship within the United States only.
Delivery Time
Transit Time: 3–8 business days (Monday through Friday shipping days).
Total Estimated Delivery Time: 4–11 business days, depending on the customer’s location.
Shipping Costs
We are pleased to offer Free Shipping on all orders within the United States—no minimum purchase required.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor the status of your package until it reaches your address.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package cannot be delivered and is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.
International Shipping
At this time, we do not offer international shipping. Orders are shipped exclusively within the United States.
